Abstract:
ASUSTEK Computer Inc. (ASUS), the Taiwan-based computer hardware and electronics company, had a long history of being a technological innovator. Since its inception, the company had constantly been developing new products through innovation. The company depended on its innovation strategies to gain a competitive edge over its competitors, and it planned to employ these strategies in the future as well.
